The Brewster Ladies Library Association (BLLA) is more than a booster club or a “friends of the library” group. Not only does a sizeable percentage of the library’s budget comes from the Association, but our members vote for the Board of Directors who, in turn, actively assist the Library’s decisionmakers and administrators.
