Our Winter Book Sale is held in the BASEMENT of the library building. It is open on Sundays, 1:00pm-3:30pm, from November 1 until March 21. Donations will be accepted in the basement whenever the Winter Book Sale is open for business. You can enter the basement from the outside courtyard or by using the library’s stairwell or elevator and going to the ground floor.

Donations are accepted year-round in the BASEMENT of the library on Tuesdays from 10:00am-12:00pm. We can also receive them on Sunday afternoons during the Winter Book Sale (see above), and during the Summer Book Sale.

  • Donated items must be in good condition, without mold or mildew, and not have any signs of wear-and-tear due to prolonged storage.

  • NEW! Yes, we do accept LPs, CDs, and DVDs.

  • No, we cannot accept magazines, VHS tapes, or pamphlets.

  • You can enter the basement from the outside courtyard. You can also enter the library and use the stairwell or elevator to go to the ground floor.

There is a year-round book sale on the MAIN FLOOR of the library by the entryway. It includes books and puzzles, and it is an important way to support the library — either through your donation of materials or through your purchases.

Our Summer Book Sale is held in the BASEMENT of the library building. It starts in mid-July and ends in mid-August. Check back for specific dates & hours in 2027. Donations will be accepted in the basement whenever the Summer Book Sale is open for business. You can enter the basement from the outside courtyard or by using the library’s stairwell or elevator and going to the ground floor.

New this year, we have put some of our items on eBay. Click the graphic on the left for the current list of items we are selling. If you see something you would like to purchase and are willing to pick it up during the Winter or Summer book sale hours, let us know and we can reduce the price accordingly.
